The North Face, Musee des Arts Decoratifs

The North Face has landed in Paris, bringing its Yosemite-inspired heritage and contemporary DNA to the Muse des Arts Décoratifs near the Louvre. The long, narrow nave of the museum is transformed into a runway strip, where the hyperminimalist Black Series collection has been 'air dropped' along with specimens of the Yosemite landscape. The result is an uncanny fusion between the highly technical expression of the reinvented outerwear icons and the untamed, natural swatches of trees and shrubs.
